APC calls for meeting with PDP over violence among supporters

Lagos - The All Progressive Party has called out on a meeting with the leadership of the People's Democratic Party due to the rising cases of violence, Vanguard reported.

The party has stated that such a meeting will send a powerful message of zero tolerance to both party supporters.

Also read: Police confirms attack on APC supporters in Rivers Such a call has been back dated as far as May 2014, due the known violence both party supporters undertake when general elections are nearing.

As the PDP fails to respond to the suggested meeting, the APC states it will continue to educate it's members and supporters to not engage in any form of violence.
