An Eye Witness Who recorded the Video has this to say, this harassment is damn too much, even the other guy said they lead and he will drive along with them to wherever their station is but imaging no uniform only gun and in ordinary wear and bullet-proof jacket in broad-day light.
The Man was no told why he was being arrested and was forcefully taken away, I Think The Force needs to Address this issue among its members else Kidnappers can easily start using this method to prey on their Victims.
