When things go wrong: man disguised as a woman to kidnap pupils,nabbed in abia state

The long arm ofthe law has finally caughtup with a kidnap suspectnamed Uzoma Ugwumadu, when he disguised as a woman to allegedly abduct some primary schoolpupils from Osusu Amukwa Community Primary School in Aba, Abia State.
While on parading the crimesuspects, the stateCommissioner of Police, Joshak Habila, said other membersof thesyndicate were still at large.
He narrated that the suspecthad disguised himself as a lady wearing blouseand a breast-like foamand led fourschool children away when he was interceptedby membersofthe village’s vigilante group.
Continuing, the statepolice boss said othermembersof the syndicate, who were in a waiting bus with strange registration number, parked along New Umuahia Road Aba, zoomedoff in theirvehicle immediately the group and teachersraised an alarm.
Refuting the allegations against him, Uzoma claimed that he was only trying toassist the pupils when hewas arrested.
He also explained that his enemies, who were jealous of his progress, were behind his ordeals, expressing confidencethat Godwould fighthis cause.
