4 APC supporters arrested for vandalising opposition’s billboards

Four APC volunteers were arrested in Enugu after they were allegedly caught destroying the billboard of the candidate of the PDP.

Four men said to be members of the All Progressive Congress, APC, have been arrested by men of the Enugu State Police for destroying billboards belonging to an opposition party.

The four suspects were arrested by men of the

Station on the night of Thursday, January 29 while destroying billboards and other advertising outdoor signs of the Peoples Democratic

Honourable Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi.

According

gubernatorial

Barrister Okey Ezea, sought the release of the suspects but the Divisional

Officer of the station denied the request, insisting

investigated properly.

The

vandalised billboards and posters of the candidate of the opposition party PDP.

Police sources also told Daily Post that the suspects would soon be charged to court.
