People in the Nyanya area of Abuja Thursday morning scampered for safety when a car suspected to be laden with explosive device was seen left unattended to in the middle of the road.
Motorists and other passersby run for safety fearing that the car might explode.
According to Premium Times, soldiers are right now searching the vehicle - Peugeot 406.
“The driver just parked the car and left in a hurry prompting soldiers nearby to be suspicious and people in traffic on seeing the soldiers surrounding the car began to run in different directions,” a commercial motorcyclist, who witnessed the confusion said.
However, Nigeria Police Force confirmed that they didn’t find any explosive devises in vehicles at Karu/Nyanya areas in Abuja.

Two deadly explosions had rocked the same Nyanya location in April and May this year killing more than hundred people and wounding several others.
