Two producers filed lawsuits this week accusing Young Money Entertainment of not paying up due royalties.
One of the producers, Andrew “Drew” Correa, says his work ended up on Tha Carter III, Rebirth, I Am Not A Human Being, and Priceless.
Drew had signed a production deal with YM back in 2008. In his lawsuit obtained by TMZ, he claims that he was paid some royalties but that all of a sudden, the checks stopped coming in.
Marcos “Infamous” Rodriguez also filed a lawsuit against YM this week. His story is very similar. He signed a deal with YM back in 2007 and his work ended up on Tha Carter III, Tha Carter IV, Rebirth, We Are Young Money, and Priceless. Like in Drew’s case, the royalties just stopped coming in.
Both producers are represented by Singh, Singh and Trauben.
