But now Tyga wants out on the contract. T-Raw informed the landlord, Gholamreza Rezai, that he wanted to terminate the lease and move out on September 30th, well before the lease expires. Tyga reasoned that the house didn’t have enough security and that fans kept showing up at his door. The landlord wasn’t having it and refused to terminate the lease.
The landlord then asked for September’s rent, but Tyga refused to cough up the 16 grand. That’s when Rezai proceeded to sue Tyga and his music company for failing to pay rent. According to the landlord, Tyga is still living in the home although he said he was moving out on the 30th.
